Howdy everyone! Well, 2009 is definitely here and moving fast. We are enjoying beautiful day in South Texas, but praying for rain.

As the Internet plays a huge role in marketing and I have only dabbled to date, I decided I needed to move into the New Year and learn how to blog. In addition, I'm trying to figure out SEO and SEM. Should be fun.

The blog is going to be about us and what we are doing especially Sy, the very sweet three year old currently napping on my bed. But it will include our everyday fun stuff as well as home improvement, which I'm happy to say is making the home look improved.

The two photos of Sy were taken this month. He loves going to Baskins Robins for chocolate chip mint ice cream. And for the first time, he had his hair cut by the barber on Randolph Air Force Base. He was very good and looks handsome with his hair short.
Yesterday provided us a great Super Bowl. I'm glad Pittsburgh won. That's the way it should be. The fourth quarter was very exciting. Unfortunately, "No Nap Sy" missed it. It was definitely bed time by 6 p.m. as he refused a nap yesterday and opted to dig in the dirt (yard) with a stick and shovel. The dogs helped him and a good time was had by all.
