The Ear

I got sick and my ear drum ruptured - that's where I left off. I had to take 800 mg of ibuprofen every 4 hours for 3 days after it happened. Crazy painful. And it drained all the way to Friday. Gross.

I called to make a follow up appt with the Dr. and he asked me to come in so he could take a quick look to make sure it was doing okay so that's what I did for lunch on Thursday.

By the time the weekend came, I was feeling better but even today - a full week plus later and I'm not 100% still. I think it's the antibiotics messing with my system.

Now that I don't have a cotton ball in my ear, my hearing is a little better but it still sounds like I'm in a tunnel and if you are on my right side - I really can't hear you. This is the perfect time to talk about me and I will have no clue what you are saying.

Okay, enough about being sick. I'm on the road to recovery and that, my friends, is a good thing.
