The Monster Mash

The Monster Jam comes to San Antonio in January every year.  We went for the first time.  It was an experience.  The boys LOVED it.

This was taken during the first half where they are timed going around the track. Kind of boring except when they FLY over those cars.  That is cool.

The boys were riveted to their seats. As any good parent would do, I plugged their ears. We had to buy these fancy gizmos two hours before at the Lowe's close to where we picked up Tadan. I had purchased "ear mufflers" the day before that covered their ears. I thought they would be easier. But I left them hanging on the door at home. Good planning.

The Grave Digger - definitely the crowds' favorite.

At the end, all the trucks came out for the finale.

Not sure this is how I would elect to spend my time but something tells me we will be going back next year.
