We put a rock in the bird bath this week. I filled it with fresh water and still nothing. We have seen a few birds take a quick drink but no baths have been spotted.
They are eating all the bird seed - from two feeders - on a daily basis. Maybe they aren't using the bird bath because they are stuffing their face at the feeder.
